The content of the text usually helps with judging if it's spam or not (same images generally are spam, but if it's got unique and engaging text, I don't see it as spam).
Literally the same argument that some of the best songs have the most deviant lyrics so that psychopaths can point to those songs and say that's the reason for the deviancy.
