I had already been doing intermittent fasting for a while, just to try and lose a little weight. I saw that some people claimed some good effects from longer fasting, so I figured I gave it a try. But I was not expecting nor trying to address any derealization, so I was quite surprised. Whether this might work for anyone else I have no idea.
