>>16494423>How to actually get rid of intrusive thoughts ?Simple. Just focus all your mental energy on not having them 24/7. Remember whatever thought pops into your head, the fact that it occurred to you means that you think it. It implies that deep down it it what you really beleive - what you really want. Don't think that just because you can consciously recognize these thoughts as absurd means you can simply dismiss them and think of more reasonable ideas. Definitely don't even consider for a moment the possibility that every person in the world has random thoughts, or that every possibility conceivable to you is accessible to the mental faculties of everyone. Normal people never have bad thoughts.
That's what makes them normal people.
Unlike you.
There's definitely something wrong with your mind and the fact that you can recognize that definitely doesn't mean you can do anything about your twisted psyche.
You will be forced to suffer with these thoughts forever.
For the rest of your life.
On your deathbed you won't be able to look back on a life well lived.
You won't be able to focus on what your loved ones are saying to you.
You won't be able to feel how much they love you or care for you.
Your thoughts will be beyond your control and as you fade into eternity these thoughts that eat away at you in your every waking hour, which form these strings by which the devil controls you like a pathetic puppet in your dreams, will become the totality of your souls existence in the next life.
Unless...
Just as when one finds a song is stuck in his head, the best way to get it out is to listen to it, or to sing it himself, the only way you can purge yourself of these sinister ideations is to act them out.
You must bring your dreams into reality or else they will contort themselves in to the very hell in which you will be tormented for all of eternity.
Don't be a thinker. Be a doer.
