He looks ~20 years younger than he is, he's a pilot who built his own personal airplane just ten years ago and flies it regularly to this day, he's maintained 20/15 eyesight, and he still exercises and does manual labor like a much younger man. In fact we're currently in the process of building a grass strip runway and large hangar on our personal farm, while tending to horses and cows. He's in such good health and physical shape that even I often forget about his age. Yeah TLDR, personal anecdote, etc., but you're never going to convince me that "bread is poison".
