Don't drink anything with caffeine within 4-5 hours of bedtime.
Avoid taking naps during the day until you have your schedule sorted out.
Also, if you smoke weed, stop smoking during daytime hours (at least until your schedule is fixed).
Many people also fall into a trap of thinking alcohol will help them sleep. It does the opposite.
Sleep aids like unisome or shit like that will also eventually have the opposite effect if you take too much of it, or take it too consistently. It will start to keep you awake.
