>>16513824It's insanely hard. It's hard enough psychologically but what makes it way worse is the sheer number of products that contain added sugars. I remember spending like 10 minutes at a store trying to find salad dressing that didn't contain added sugar so I just started making everything myself. Salad dressings, pickles, saurkraut, condiments, bread.... it shouldn't take this much effort but whatever I guess. Also try a banana with cinnamon and unsweetened chocolate powder next time you want a sweet snack or dessert, it's better than eating refined sugars.
