It would be the equivalent of a piece of an interceptor missile from a SAM crushing a home in a neighboring country after it had intercepted another missile. Just so happened to fall there.
Accidents aren’t going to snowball into blaming Ukraine as Russia is still at fault for launching strikes on civilian installations and warranting the use of these interceptor systems in the first place.
