What can i do to this code enforcement officer thats always on my ass about the home i rent and all my stuff in my yard??

Im cleaning it up. Been a slow process. But this double faggot is exaggerating the stuff in my yard to make a case for my land lord. Normally idgaf. But if the bank takes his home im fucked. We have an agreement with the landlord about late rent. I fix up houses he owns for some extra time to pay.
