The humans who ascend spiritualy can go there and talk to them, but these fallen angels can do nothing but speak and because of this, they corrupt the ascended souls that go there, with knowledge of heavens(technology) that was no suposed to be know to man, because God the creator make somethings, unhearable,unsightable and untoucheable, for that the man should not know the things of the heavens without God consent.
