As a white man, speaking for the white race, I hereby confer Honorary Aryan status upon any brown skinned person who is down for the cause (except Abos, who will be preserved as the last extant example of homo erectus, and respected as cousins of our ancestors) There are few enough honorable browns that they will be easily absorbed with no genetic detriment, and furthermore this will incentivise the natural desire of other browns to bleach their bloodlines to lend their support to the white race.
