idk i wasn't really privy to the logistics. i only ever worked specifically on lenovo laptops and we had a different section for apple products, so i think those companies just contracted out their repair work
obv it should be イメージ.. i don't think any of these are even weird loanwords with different meanings from the original like ナイーブ or whatever

i normally don't say this kind of thing but they're in really dire straits if that's true..
hul i think this might unironically be bait. i always try to be open to the idea that my understanding is completely wrong somehow, but that's just really hard to believe in this case.
shimatta is closer to the meaning of "oh no" or "damnit" and kuso is a generic curseword like fuck. there's technically overlap as to when they're used, but shimatta is specifically you messing something up while kuso is much more intense while also having much broader usage. people don't yell nani like a battle cry, but there are definitely a lot of people who say it with plenty of enthusiasm. on the other hand i'm sure there are people who say korosuzo frequently enough, but that would definitely be a scenario in which they're being intentionally over the top and silly and the joke is that it's a stupid thing to be saying
