Lack Intimacy gets to me quite often. I always end up jerking off to porn and I just feel empty afterwards. Is there a way I can be sexually satisfied while being alone? I workout quite often and take care of my health so sex drive is also high which doesn’t help.

Obviously the main solution would be to find a girlfriend but my communication are just horrible and retard tier so I still
