you cannot have this in the suburbs. its just empty sidewalks with a bunch of boomers in their boxes watching tv all day. there is literally nothing you need to develop.

you grew up on cartoons, computers, internet, and video games when you should have been making friends, learning things, doing dumb shit, having fun, making memories, etc.
