OP is just a bit stupid at times, but nothing like the poomodder.
Kinda sad, because it seemed to me like OP was close to understanding, that leftover self harm scars will be interpreted by people as a sign of mental illness, weakness and lack of planning.
The effect will be simply offputting.
But OP thinks it will be interpreted as a scream for help or some indication of how hard he had it in life.
