Can any oldfags explain 'grunge' culture and music in terms of its social goals? Why did the media promote it so heavily toward young white men at the time. What were (((they))) trying to do by promoting 'grunge' so much? Was any of it 'organic,' or was it basically New Kids on the Block but with sad junkies instead of goofy wiggers?
