Her being close to thirty is a deal breaker for me, and not just because I'm only close to 21 myself. A woman her age will have few fertile years left, and the children she could bear would have a higher chance of all kinds of developmental disorders, due to her eggs beginning to reach their expiration date.
Also, as shallow this might sound, her ugliness is also problem. If a woman is going to be my wife, I'll have to find her attractive. If I don't, I won't ever consider her a potential mate and get interested in her.
However, I can imagine myself befriending such a woman. For some reason I find that I oftentimes get along better with girls who are either older, or younger than me. One of the people I consider closest to me in my circle of friends is a 26-year-old married woman. Also, in high school I developed a special relationship with my Finnish teacher, who was 30 then. Due to my writing hobby and her great dedication to her work, we were oftentimes in touch outside of school as well; I'd give her my work to read and she'd critique it. We sometimes still talk, whenever we happen to meet.
