Get into real estate and rent out your many properties to ensure you'll be able to live however you want without the worry of finances. If you want to do good with it then buy up a bunch of cheap 1 bedroom homes and rent them out on the cheap to NEET's or low income families and the like. Provide affordable housing opportunities to people who need it the most. Then you can get government incentives to help you offset the costs of having these kinds of people and the ability to vet people by say whether or not they're in a federal employment program for instance.
Much better business model that benefits you and the greater whole.
