how do you face your social anxieties and go outside and get a job? i've been 18 for 9 months doing absolutely nothing but browsing 4chan, haven't been playing games, watching tv or movies, jist sitting here all day and browsing 4chan and occasionally do a chore like throw the trash out, i haven't talked to anyone in almost 3 years besides my family members and i've gotten really fat...... even obese as embarrassing as that is to admit, i've pretty much lost all the social skills i barely had, it sounds stupid but i'm worried i'll go outside and run into someone i used to know and they'll be like "geez, anon really let himself go" go something
