When you're a repeat offender, or do some more harmful crimes, you will surely get one of the penalties. When you're a first timer and so something less harmful, you get a a "measure" (I have no idea if you have anything like this). The least serious measure here is a reprimand. Basically that means that the authorities told me (in writing) that what I did was wrong, and no further measure must be taken. No fine, no criminal history, no nothing. So I'm pretty pleased about it, because even though everyone said that I would get something very minimal due to my clean record and other factors, getting the least serious of all is good.
