Why are (((they))) pushing so much against carbs now? Carbs have always been a staple in the human history for as long as we can remember, but now all of a sudden it's bad?

Because carbs are a reserve. That's for the same reason they want you to "slim down" it's so they can put everyone into a negative psychological state with an artificial food shortage.

Not all carbs are bad. Oversimplication of headlines are misleading.
Anyway fresh food products lost a big part of nutritive value (maybe taste too) due to depletion of soils, and are laced with pesticides and other stuff that are making the product looking good for a longer time on shelves.

Source for (((they))) against carbs? Studies by (((them))) say things like carbs essential, keto diet high in cholesterol, high in saturated fats, too much protein, too much meat, not enough fibre etc. (((They))) say it is unhealthy long term. Maybe (((they))) are right I'm apathetically ignorant.
