Why do so many people talk with an upward inflection?
as if they are asking a question. I absolutely hate it, and 1 in 4 people i meet speaks like this. does anyone know why this is?
Its extremely feminine, could it be because so many men were raised by women? or from single parents, so they speak like their mother?
