Sucks. My dog was ill for a while years back, I'd had him from a pup to being about the same age. Grew up with him. I came home from college one day and my parents told me they'd had him put down..they planned it but didn't want to tell me before because they thought I'd be upset??? Never got to say goodbye to the big nigga. Never forgave my parents for doing it like that. Still feel sad when I think of him, more so than my now dead parents.

What fucks me up the most is the fact I wasn't so close with him recently since he barely could move, and then I made the mistake to care more for menial tasks then to be there in the final moments.

I didn't give this small moment the value I was supposed to, because of so much bullshit I went through the day and I was a cold coward.
But I think I'm starting to get ready to reconceal with myself and move on.
