really. as you know, i very much admire pork shoulder, the best cut of pork there is, so naturally i'm impressed by the recipe
i made coff in me parents' moka pot today. it was pretty weird. theirs is three times the size of mine and the basket fits three times the amount of coffee but it starts sputtering way earlier than mine, when it's only barely half-full. mine doesn't start sputtering until it's almost up to the nozzle of the little column that squirts out the coffee. could it be because they're on a gas stove and i'm on electric?
