Anyone deceived into thinking Pluto is a planet just because it is ROUND and because it was discovered a long time ago are blinded by nostalgia. If Pluto is a planet, is Ceres a planet? Is Eris a planet? Is Makemake a planet? There are hundreds of shitty little dwarf planets in our solar system. I, for one, support the decision to change the definition of planet to require that it has cleared its orbital path of other objects, despite its political implications. It effectively excludes wimp cuck Pluto.
