I'm extremely insecure about my appearence despite the fact i'm easily a 7/10 and i spent a lot of effort on taking care of my body and dressing well.

Yet I go out, and I see the most deformed disgusting revolting abominations in exitence. How come I struggle when looking in a mirror but gross fat whales with deformed faces, or men who look like the incel chud meme, etc. don't seem to have any problem with hteir looks?

They are deformed and no amount of work could fix them, how do they push through the day? How come I obsessively try to fix my hair and look at every window or at my phone to check my reflection why ugly people seem to just be... fine?
