where as checkboard works good in the field

ALTHOUGH IT SHOULD BE NOTED that although enemy infantry may charge into the infantry square and wrap around them thus making them vulnerable to arrows. I have seen some cav making their way through to town my archers. But then they get caught in my infantry mostly, giving my archers a chance to escape if need be

I am noticing that my archers run out of ammo very quickly . Much quicker than infact im used to or have witnessed before applying such tactics. Must be the advantage of them having a clear line of fire
