You see when you sin against God the Creator, you have sinned against an eternal and perfectly Holy being, therefore you must pay eternally.
If you sin here on earth against mortal men, you can pay here on earth with TIME by getting locked up, because mortal men don't live forever. Therefore that sin is not forever.
Thus comes the old saying in many languages: "I'm doing time" .
But let me ask you this, what TIME will you do in eternity, when time stops? What do you do when you have sinned against an eternal and perfectly righteous God, that just so happens to be the Creator?
The only way you could possibly escape this CURSE must then be through a perfect and eternal payment, for your imperfect and eternal sins AGAINST God. Are you good enough to provide such a payment?
If you are not, may i introduce you to someone who IS and ALREADY made this payment FOR YOU, his name is the Lord Jesus Christ. Now what have you done with JESUS which is called Christ?
