Anyone else here /reallyfuckedupchildhood/? I keep thinking about old memories over and over again which leads me down a rabbit hole in my own brain which leads to remember other memories
which i then also think about over and over again.
Don't know why I'm thinking about it so much now as an adult, it's almost happening daily at this point. Thinking of the fucked up shit in the past. Thinking of all the ways I fucked up.
Is there any cure for this or am I just btfo forever
