so find something to occupy yourself with and get engaged, mentally and or physically with something you are passionate about. maybe making models, hiking, making videos, idk. whatever floats your boat. you're an adult now, so something that seemed out of reach as a child may now be more accessible as an adult, with an enhanced capability to figure out things. that's not to say you aren't a child anymore. you're basically still that child wanting to do all the things in the world, looking at it with awe and amusement, but i'm saying that now you can finally have the capability do these things.
also, don't stop coming here. suppression is an internal form of neglect as much as it is to chain yourself to this website and deny yourself a life. it's all about balance.
