washed up traitor: how kuz is viewed by other russians

What russians say about kuz often says more about him than the extremely filtered and watered down version of him that the west/english speaking world recieves. A breakdown of kuz's reputation on 2ch (Russian 4chan) and some comments on vk..

>traitor
Despite having served in the army, kuz betrayed his own country by denouncing the special operation (albeit in a subtle way). Says theres "nothing important in ukraine" and claims the SMO was a mistake. Prior to the war, kuz also fled Russia to evade paying taxes and also said that "even I would be a better president than Vladimir Vladimirovich"

>washed up
In reference to kuz's failed Radio career in Russia during a period where he tried to distance himself from Devyach and Reklamaprom (Zviezda/ZdavaProm) and other shad businesses. Also his continuous and crude efforts to distance himself from Russia. He:
>refuses to speak Russian
>relocates to turkey
>removes references to Russia from KolymaNET where possible
>claims he is more "Buryat than Russian" and that Russia is just a container for other countries, and that he does not identify as such.

The last part being strange, as he is a huge fan of stalin (who was a big proponent of russification and the genocide of russias natives, including the buryats and chuvash kuz and other "steppe peoples" kuz claims to be closer to). The likely truth being that kuz is of course just another moskal mutt who is trying to distance himself from his own ethnicity because of the bad PR that goes along with being russian.

Kuz is somewhat mocked in Russia now, though he has a large following of both Russian and ethnic teenagers who claim his anti-government teachings are the basis for a new political revolution.
