I have a tic where every time I hear or see something extremely cringey, I get an urge to scream "HEIL HITLER!" and raise my arm up in a Roman salute. Usually when this happens, I just lightly utter the words under my breath and I shake a little. So far, no one present to witness it has commented on it, but I've gotten a few looks of disbelief and confusion before.
