I don't think banana would go well with this but the restaurant does offer pineapple as a mix in. I personally don't like sweet things with poke however

it is expensive for an every day meal but it's quite good for once in a while. a McDonald's meal would be around $9 or so nowadays where I live so $15 for a quality dinner isn't so bad

Thanks! Yeah I love poke because it's very light on the body and also quite healthy. I was lucky enough to have this place nearby. I moved far outside the city recently and the food choices weren't that great but there was this one random poke place that was actually quite good

It is high in protein yes. No I don't do any bodybuilding (if you can't tell from my arm haha). I jog a few times a week but I don't do a lot of exercise beyond that. Also not sure who Joe Weider is. Is he a bodybuilder?

Oh I see. Yes Joe Weider was one of the men responsible for popularising it among the energetic and directionless youth of the 1950's. I think you should get into bodybuilding. You could become the next Ronnie Coleman who is an excellent role model for all young black men. I believe he won Mr. Olympia 8 times before his body exploded.

I wouldn't say bodybuilding. I lift weights 4 days a week but I could actually use a little less body. Fish and eggs would let me maintain my protein macros and probably slim down a bit but I've had a bothersome, erratic schedule the past 2 years and it's made things onerous. I could do better with meal prep but I just haven't. I enjoy the experience of seeing work rewarded. Put the time and effort in, become stronger. It's also affordable and not especially time demanding. Leaves time for other things, like staring at walls in the dark.
