Hello. I am in my late 60s and I have high blood pressure. I have used pills for them since my 40s but lately they keep changing the pills and (because of the change of production to 3th world countries like India) the pills have extremely bad side-effects, from bowel issues to insomnia and irregural heart-activity (beatings of the heart).
My question is does pol know of some natural remedies? I want to stop with these pills (if it is possible). Thx.
