I went to bed at 2:30 in the morning and got woken up at 8:30 because in spite of me having a 4 day weekend I'm still on call today to pickup some extra holiday cash. I'm dead ass fucking tired because I don't sleep well. Maybe like 2 hours of actual sleep. The rest is intermittently waking up covered in a cold sweat or to my wife shaking me awake to pull me out of where I'm at and remind me I'm not there anymore.
I hate Outlook even more now and I still have no idea how these people get these ost files in the GB range. What the hell are they doing? At least it's plenty of time to dedicate to $30/hr. and an excuse to work on the parity between our old Lansweeper ticket system and our alpha stage Jira system.
749 tickets need to be sorted through and some semblance of parity created between the two systems....and since I'm the only one actually trying to use Jira it's on me to sort through all this bullshit to get some hours. None of it is going to be hard it's just tedious.
Better than dealing with the user issues and configuration of our VPN tunnels. I swear they use MFA through Facebook and Instagram and all that crap but they can't keep track of their authenticator app.
