>>16748312Correct, physics doesn't prove that the world is fake, don't think it can because of its basic constitution, however there is quantum mechanics which I'm not too familiar with. What you say reminds me of something I heard, don't remember where. It was two guys walking in an alley or such and a group of thug looking blacks or whatever were coming in their path. One guy was worried. The other said he trusted Jesus in such a situation. The first guy said wherever I heard this that this was an alien concept to him and it made him think. There is something similar going on there. There are two totally opposite ways of viewing the world and it does matter a lot, as I said earlier in one, matter over mind, everything is random and meaningless, in the other, mind over matter, everything that happens to you happens for a purpose. Matter over mind, materialism, the view that the world is physical, is basically satanism, belief in Jesus/God etc is mind over matter and not compatible with a matter over mind worldview, and as I said earlier too, the Bible and other religious texts make no sense when viewed through a matter over mind lens, and only make sense when viewed through a mind over matter lens, i.e. a solipsistic worldview, a worldview where the world is your mind and not a fixed objective external thing. 99% of Christians on /pol/ think the Bible is a history of a physical world, so they're in fact materialists and satanists.
