back in the 90s when I was a kid, I remember some members from our church "fasting" for a day where they couldn't eat anything solid but could drink liquid stuff, and some people would drink yogurt all day. I fucking hated these hypocrites "fasting" by drinking delicious stuff all day.

Do you guys have any similar stories or was my particular church just full of crazies?
