I can’t stop eating, I eat so much to the point o start gagging and vomit a bit in my mouth while eating, I swallow my vomit back as I continue eating. I can’t stop, I can’t make myself stop. I’m getting fat according to my family, I look ugly they say, idc I can’t stop, is it possible to eat myself to death?
