I miss playing puyo puyo. A part of me died when I stopped playing it. It's a damn shame no one plays this masterpiece of a game.

I like playing games with people. There is barely anyone to play the game with. At the times I am active, literally no one is on. I have to stay up until 4am when the japs are home from work just to maybe find an opponent. I haven't stayed up past 1am in years.

puyo puyo tetris 2 on the switch is the most active. it also has a (shitty) ranking system which lets you work your way up playing people around your level. looking up tutorials on different build paths should be good help too. learning GTR is what i did first.

The max scores people have gotten are over 2 trillion points and actually beating the game is infinitely harder than Tetris or Puyo due to the way the game is designed.
You are trying to make a flower/cluster of one color to get a spikey Hexic, then you get all of those together to get a black piece. You then make a flower of those to get a grand pearl poo-bah and win the game.
