I quit doing sports when I went to university, 10 years ago.
But I kept doing some abs over my bed.
And recently somebody gave a sort of yoga matt about 1cm tall.
I tried doing abs there but instead of the 60 abs I did on my bed... I couldn't do more than 20.
It was extremely hard.
Then I did another 20.
Then I mannaged to do 30.
Then I mannaged to do 35.
Then another 35.
Then I finally did 40.
All in one day.
The next day my stomach hurt a lot, especially up in my stomach, which is not where it would hurt me when I did too many abs on my bed. (I mannaged to do 100 one day or another).
I spend the last week with pain on my stomach because of that.
Now I am trying to do 40 abs on that yoga matt.
But I still can't do it every day.
