Pretty solid if your life sucks and there's not much high intensity going on, nothing you'd get sick from like running and you don't need to drive. Very fun for six months or however long. Eventually it's a bother and you just leave with six fun months and a bit of brain/eye/etc. damage. If you're asking this you're gonna do it anyway though. Don't hurt anyone and make sure to have fun with it. No point doing this if you don't use it to act on your impulses whenever you feel like it.

and take vitamins and eat good food as much as you can through this to minimize damage to your body. Obviously don't mix with benzos/etc. it's fine that this is a weird cry for help to yourself but no point in dying for some fun
it'll also keep you from gaining too much weight
