I am 34, I sit in front of a computer 24/7, no excercise, no junk food, no fat, barely any alcohol, almost no signs of balding
like maybe it has something to do with calorie intake? Mine is in 1800 calories per day, so you might say I am starving.

There’s nothing you can do about it outside of hair therapy surgery.

men become bald because of dihydrotestosterone. Also estrogen doesn't make you bald, otherwise women would all be walking around bald. Also trying to counteract estrogen with testosterone makes no fucking sense because testosterone turns into estrogen, when it gets used up.
