People living in the South of England are rarely troubled by license inspectors, since they tend to be more middle class, educated and assertive, they simply ignore the letters and if someone ever actually turns up, just tell them to fuck off.
I'm one of them. I've never once in 30 years paid to watch tv. Never have, never will. When the current population of boomers in the UK finally dies off, the BBC will also die, because there won't be anyone stupid enough to pay for it.
