It's very annoying and stressful. Especially because everyone I work with is a fucking mentally ill women. They want me to wash dogs in small frames of time without taking into account that they want me to wash certain parts of dogs twice. Sometimes dogs have crappy hair that takes forever to wash out and sometimes dogs are covered in literal shit which takes time to get out. It's all a bunch of fucking horse shit, I hate this.

You realize you're essentially giving your labor for a middle man to take a cut right?
You already have the skills and know how of washing dogs. You can just leave and go wash dogs independently instead of working hourly.
I did this working at a computer repair shop where I demanded a salary low hours and doing whatever the fuck I want because I had the know how on repairing any type of system/os/ troubleshooting.
If they decide to fuck me over I'll just take my skills and work as a freelancer.
