My neighbor (upstairs) is really noisy every single night. I can hear loud rumbling from above. It sounds like furniture being moved, heavy objects being dropped or hammering. When confronted, he denies everything and is VERY nervous and confrontational about it. It’s all very sketchy.
Maybe something drug related?
What could he be doing?
