yeah that's literally how it is you need to like know a guy who knows a guy who will hire you like it's nothing, networking is actually the most important thing ever it seems you don't even need to be educated if your mom or dad or some uncle can just arrange you somewhere as soon as you can even start working, and that's the thing i don't have such privilege i don't have any relatives in higher places so those job finding sites like hh are the only option i'm left with which is at least something cause sometimes i actually see good vacancies being posted in there it's just too bad they're too popular and too like competitive or something like that
