why don't people make houses with all the plumbing and wiring outside the walls so they're easier to fix if something breaks?

because it leaves them open to the elements. constant wind, rain, humidity, etc wears down even the strongest of material. You will need constant upkeep which just increases the cost. Hiding the wires and pipes makes it look nicer and preserves them for longer amount of times, meaning you save money.

Also we live in NIGGER world now, there will be people that will cut your wires and smash your pipes just to fuck you over even if they dont know you. Leaving them out in the open just gives them easy access

They could be run through a crawlspace under the house, with insulated walls and floor under them to protect from freezing (and niggers). And a removable hollow wall when they come up to a 2nd floor.

Pipes will be exposed to the elements and a lot of homes have copper piping which doesn’t work too well being exposed to the elements.
Electrical wiring would be dangerous to have rotting on the outside of your home. Once the insulation rots away you’ve got a nice fire hazard waiting for the next rainfall.
