The Cold War would still happen because the USA still exists and still fired two nuclear bombs, and considering how low the Soviet Union's resources were, I don't think the USSR would bother with the Nazis as much as they would do with American capitalists.
I'm just saying that if Hitler didn't have a war with the Soviets and kept good relations with Stalin, he wouldn't have gone down a spiral of failure and shot himself in the head while the red army stomps all over Berlin.
Even if he didn't, it's smarter to invade the UK than to fight the Soviets during the winter of all times. Maybe deal with the Soviets later, but he should've kept all of his guns pointed towards the West.
