>>16863592thats a toughie. usually when im unable to sleep, if i think something very accepting like “its okay that i have all night to not sleep, i can just sit with my thoughts”, something along those lines, i usually fall asleep almost immediately. stressing about not getting sleep doesnt help me, yk? anyways, i wish you the best of luck but if you really cant sleep maybe just try relying on caffeine when you work and then get an early sleep in.
