Can you think of a more demented god that sends it's own followers to hell for making some mistakes after a lifetime of service to god? How in good conscious could you support this religion knowing this to be the truth? Spread the gospel but if you mess up even once and die you're screwed forever, with no repercussion or hope in the hereafter.

This raises serious ethical issues on the nature of the Christian god. If he's benevolent and omnipotent wouldn't it mean creating hell would be for humanity rather than demons? It just seems the plan was not so well thought out.

If Christ's sacrifice was complete why do the majority of his own followers end up falling to hell?
