For instance even though blacks have a lower average IQ than whites, there are still smart black people and dumb white people. By what logic can you justify treating a smart black person worse than a dumb white person? If your justification for viewing blacks as substandard is because of averages in a hugely variable stat, why not simply discriminate based on that stat rather than attributing it to race?
Racism only makes sense on a macro scale. You can limit it to the criticism of cultures primarily where it has some merit, like black American thug culture.
